Paradise beach bantayan, sandira beach bantayan, paradise beach bantayan island, bantayan island cebu, sta fe bantayan, things to do in bantayan island, bantayan island tourist spot

If you know anything about Cebu’s vibrant dining scene, you’ve probably heard about 10000 Roses Café & More. As the name suggests, it’s so much more than a café. 10000 Roses Cebu has an art installation of – you guessed it – 10000 roses that illuminate at night-time.

If you’ve ever thought about ticking one of the major Cebu tourist spots off your bucket list, we’ve put together this handy guide telling you everything you need to know before you visit, including the best time to see the roses, entrance fee and what to expect.

Best time to visit 10000 Roses Cebu

The best time to visit 10000 Roses Cebu is at night-time when the art installation is fully illuminated. Unfortunately, our schedule didn’t allow for this but if you can help it, you should definitely wait until the sun sets. Hot tip: 10000 Roses Café & More makes for an impressive date night.

How to get to 10000 Roses Cebu

10000 Roses Cebu is located in Cordova on the southwest side of Mactan Island, not far from the international airport. The best way to beat that chaotic Lapu-Lapu City traffic is to rent a scooter for the day. If you’re not comfortable driving in the city you can opt for a taxi, grab, public transport or hire a driver.

10000 Roses Cebu Entrance Fee

The entrance fee for 10000 Roses Cebu is 20 PHP per head. You’ll also want to bring some extra cash to spend at the cafe and souvenir shop.

What to expect at 10000 Roses Cebu

Upon entering 10000 Roses Café & More you’ll be greeted by a sea of white roses set against a backdrop of the Mactan Channel and mainland Cebu in the distance. The entire place is Instagrammable, which is what made it one of the most popular Cebu tourist spots to begin with.

We can’t say we took the time to count each individual rose, but there definitely looks to be 10000 roses. It was an impressive display during the day so we can’t imagine how beautiful it is at night when the LED lights are on.

Since 10000 Roses Cebu is also a café, we couldn’t leave without having a bite to eat and a drink. With a typical café menu, we tried the pizza, fries, cheesecake, and frappes. We enjoyed our meal overlooking the sea, the perfect end to our date day.
